For people, responsibility, respectfulness, a twinkle in his eye, being able to function as part of a team.
For other stuff: an art inspiration that is so strong I have to paint or sculpt it NOW! A poem that comes to my head and must be written down. Designing a new landscape, harvesting vegetables I have planted, making someone else happy.
