I space out alot?? even if its something that im intrested in....like i love wrestling so i read alot of wrestling books.... its really annoying cause when m reading a book i space out all the time and im like okay what did i just read??

today i did a test on what level im reading at and im on a college level and im in the 9th grade.... but when i was doing the reading test i was spacing out the whole time....

How can i stop spacing out??
and
Is there a reason why im always spacing out??

Knowing that you space out is half the battle. If you put a rubber band on your wrist, every time you space out, give it a BIG zing. Make it sting on your wrist.

Then decide that you will reduce the number of zings. They should hurt a bit! After a week or so, you should be better at focusing. If not, tell your doctor and get a professional diagnosis.

I like the suggestion also that you are reading stuff that is too immature for your reading level. Find some classics - Narnia Series by C S Lewis, or James Herrington - the vet series (British and very very funny - but well written), called "All things Bright and Beautiful"

Because you are too smart for what you are reading.
Your bored and drift into fantasy to fulfill your creative desires.
Try reading more involved and evolved items. And how many books can there be on wrestling? Grab someone,put them on the
ground and keep them there.End of story. Read stories that when you wander,you wander into the story.
