most likely but it can also mean that your air condenser is going out.

Yes, recharged, but it is blowing warm for a reason, there is a fuse to check, your compressor might not be kicking in, check that first, then if it is running but warm air blowing out then you have a leak that must be fixed. If you fill a system that leaks, then it will just go warm again.

You can rechasrge it, and it may last for a while. But you need to get the leak fixed, then you won't have to worry about it and next summer it will still be cold. You also use the AC when you turn the defroaters on, to dry the air and help clear the windshield.

Yes, the usual reason is the freon has leaked out...you'll need to take it to a shop that does a/c and find the leak, repair it, and recharge with new freon...
