Nothing Compares To You by Sinead O'Connor. It was the full face camera shot, the quivering bottom lip, with the tear spilling over to run down her cheek as she sang "all the flowers that you planted Mama in the backyard, all died when you went away". My mum's hobby was gardening and all her plants died in our little backyard when she did".
The haunting video, the lyrics and witnessing her raw emotion got me right in the heart.

Annie Lennox version of 'Lighter Shade of Pale'.It came out in the 90s,summertime.At the time an uncle of mine passed away and I was at the age of discovering about death and the finality of it.Devastated me!Strange how music takes you straight back to a place so vividly.

Father and Son by Boyzone and For whom the Bell Tolls by the Bee Gees. Both have me in tears as played at my little brothers funeral. He was 12. They were his fave songs but the words always get me too.

"Time to say Goodbye" Sarah Brightman and Andrea Bocelli which was played at my beautiful 33 year old sister's funeral 2 years ago. This is such a beautiful piece of music, it filled the church and was just completely perfect for my sister, elegant, strong & unique.
