Actually, like MANY words, it has a few meanings. If you click the link below you will see that the number 2 meaning is "Marked by or providing unrestrained gratification; self-indulgent." That meaning is the one that is inferred by using the word in the terms that McDonalds is using it.

Yes, I knew that, its bas word is decay. :)
Sometimes, food requires decaying food, but not to the point that it can do lethal damage. The decay can actually improve taste.
