Bad personal hygiene, laziness, vulgarity and use of bad language, drinking/smoking/drug-taking, bad manners, lack of integrity, dishonesty, stinginess, irresponsibility, negativity, selfishness, thoughtlessness, stupidity, lack of culture, recklessness, ostentatiousness, ... well, you DID ask!
(I know some of the above are not exactly "personality traits" but they are reasons I would avoid someone.)

complete love for the world and valley girls they are soo annoying I have a friend who is the type that loves evrything about the world and is hyper 24/7 and never stops talking were friends but sometimes I can't be near her for more then 2seconds and that's sad.for her to go away you have to nod your head and not talk to her and the worst part is she doesn't relize that's people don't like being around her

People who walk around and make insulting comments about people they don't even know. I've encountered a few, and during normal converstation they see someone and will just say "oh my god, look how fat she is" or "do you think he thinks he looks good?" it' very offputting all you can think while you're with them is "what makes you think you're better than this person?"
I also find people who are overly ambitious and competitive make me avoid them.
Also people who are snobbish.

I basically avoid smart rich beautiful people because I'm a really good person and I hate rubbing their inferiority in their faces!
Oh I also avoid funny and kind people....ewww...they're the worst!!!

It's more of a habbit but I have to walk away from someone who snorts their snot back in their nose. Bleugh! It makes me heeve.
