Urine is a filtrate of plasma. It contains certain elements and compounds that are likewise filtered (passively). It also contains some compounds that are excreted, implying the use of energy and a mechanism to remove these compounds sometimes against a concentration gradient, sometimes not. Usually compounds excreted go through the cells lining the ducts. Urine is also concentrated and drained into collecting tubules that form a collecting system draining into the ureters. This then drains into the bladder awaiting the proper signals to be eliminated through the urethra.
Urine is made up of water, sodium, calcium, chloride, potassium, etc. It contains urea, uric acid, certain other chemicals and breakdown products of metabolism. It can be acidic or basic and usually has a specific gravity slightly higher than water.

The kidney's filter the blood, all of the waste products are then converted into "urine". It is stored in the bladder and then excreted out. If it was eliminated there would be nothing to excrete out. It's there and if you don't flush the toliet it will still be there, so how can it be eliminated?

Urine is stored temporarily in the urinary bladder. It is eliminated from the body through a tube called a urethra.

urine is actually stored in our blood stream as a different chemical (I think called urea or something) and our blood stream slowly (depending on how much fluids in your system and body tempreature and dehydration and stuff) deposits it in our blader as the final product urine. I dont know about the second part of your question.
