Well....hmmm lets see. I raised 7 kids and had a husband with a very dirty job. Much of the time I was doing 25 loads per week and much more when the bedding and curtains got washed. That was at least 30 years worth. Now I do three loads a week. Gosh that is more math than I want to do. You figure it out!....I'm too tired.

Wow, how many hours?? That would be almost impossible to determine. My mother died when I was 5 so I was left to keep house when I was 11. So, since I started at an early age, I would bet mine would be a little more than most. Also, had twins at 19 yrs old and now have a 4 and 6 yr old as well. With a family of 6, I do atleast 15 loads a week.

Approximately 50,000 hours, give or take, so I calculate.
This is a chore everyone should be able to learn and do (guy or gal), so as not to be a burden on someone else.
I just did a load before coming to work today.

An overwhelming amount, like at least one load a day since I was 14. With babies, kids and dogs, it was more like three or four loads a day.
