The first thing you need to do is relax. Fae don't randomly show themselves to just anyone. You need to show them that you're a friend. Notice that I said SHOW not TELL. Fae are very secretive by nature and usually very wary of humans (bad experiences in the past). It also depends on what kind of fae you are trying to contact. Different fae like different things (you wouldn't build a bonfire to attract an undine, you'd put up wind chimes and go to a pool of water). I can help you contact them....but I can't guarantee they will answer you. They like their privacy and they will want to know that you're a friend before they reveal themselves to you. There are lots of things you can do. Email me and I'll give you a few pointers to help you on your way.

Faeries acn only be sen if you look and accept, therefore it's no wonder you have seen none!
The Faeries you refer to are those nature nymphs that can grow small, I presume. Of course not many Fey choose to grow small unless they have wings and wish to fly (the wings of a moth, no matter how big, cannot carry a human sized Faery at all). These types are shy, will flee from humans, or they are proud, and will not grace a human set of eyes with their presence.
In order to properly see a Faery, and call their mental and physical images forward, you must call them by name and call them with things that are pleasing to them. It's not a chance that you might stumble upon. Sometimes we may see things we are not meant to, such as familiars acting suspicious, or else something we cannot explain, but although we share the same planet, we are on different planes. I could be sat in the middle of the ocean right now had I been in Faerie. The two presences overlap each other, as I have said in other questions, like a crushed viennetta ice cream, or else like layers of a squashed cake, mushed together. We can only see and feel our own reality, but sometimes these realities become conjoined in certain places. Countryside and lakes are but a couple of the places that may coincidentally be conjoined, since the Fey are nature buffs.

I don't know what that guy thinks only Wiccans can see them but, Faeries are magickal creatures, they don't like to been known so clearly, they will hide and glamour (disguise them selves to look like us or other animals) them selves as us to hide if they must come out.
Most of the time they will be invisible to humans , unless you have the sight, which only few humans have. If they do discover that someone has the sight, they will, if they do not mind, leave them alone, but in most cases they will try to blind them.
also there are some herbs that you can use I'm not quiet sure what they are...but there are some websites that you can check out below. You can also find stuff by just searching faeries on google

Well much like you said by water, in the country, But it has to be pretty far from towns.
Mostly the highlands of scottland is where you would find them.

The fae are creatures with such power. They live in another dimension and will only come out with those who they are atractive to. [Hint: ur aura] It depends on you and how you take care of nature. If you invoke them, then they will be near you and somehow show up. Try leaving a little bit of milk, candy or any herb that is sacred for them. Thyme is a good one. Leave a shiny stone. They have to gain their trust towards you. Trust me on this.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but are you people kidding...faeries? C'mon, it's just folklore and storytelling.
This stuff was made up centuries ago to entertain and also scare people. No TV and Internet for folks so these stories were created.
Give me proof, not the typical, "well I see them !" stuff, I guess Elvis is still around too.

because their are living in barries in floating trees up in the air the reason you dont see them is that their invisibul

well first of all, there are fairies but normal people cant see them. wiccans can. you can find the majority of fairies or pixies on the sixth world.
