answer most of your questions in one catagory... dont move from catagory to catagory.

Become friends with the people who are here nonstop and as they ask questions they pick your answer as top answer even if it sucks. And do that for a good long time. Especially if you're dealing in categories that are mostly opinions.
Seems like it'd be easier to find a category that tends to ask lots of questions with 1 correct answer. Then work on your googlin' skills and answer them like crazy. Although I was the first to answer a few of those kinds of questions and I still don't have a best answer! I call foul.

I don't know I guess you either have to remain in one category or it has something to do with best answers percentage. Niobody really nows for sure to be honest with you. I had a Top Contributor hbadge in both R&S and P&S and now I haven't had one in over a month.

Pretty sure you have to have atleast 10% best answers and ask/answer questions in the same category.
