I am being treated like crap at work by my team members....one of the girls I work with thinks I did something that I did not do...she is ignoring me, treating me horribly and now she has others on our team doing it. It is affecting the way things are being done. I have tried to speak to her, nothing, I have tried ignoring it and burying myself in my work, and nothing is working...I end up feeling like crap and am near tears by the end of the day. Should I go to my lead or my supervisor to try to remedy this or do I continue down the path we are on? I really pray every night that tomorrow doesnt come so I dont have to go to work...and I can not afford to quit...it is the best paying job I have ever had and I have to care for my kids.

She thinks I gave out her cell phone number to someone and they are harassing her...which I did not do, and never would...this happened outside of work...I have tried to be as professional about it as I can...I leave personal issues at the door...I think she should do the same.

You ABSOLUTELY should bring this up with your supervisor.

Your "team mate" is acting in a most immature and unprofessional manner. If she can't find it within herself to discuss problems with her coworkers, she has no place in ANY business...Not to mention the fact that gossiping with her other coworkers is potentially a terminable event. If she's spreading lies about you, this is considered defamation of character, and I'm certain your employers would want to keep this from happening at their work place.

Let your supervisor know the whole story, including what it is that you didn't do, and the reasons for why your coworker thinks you did this thing...Then ask for help in how to handle the situation.

I would talk to a supervisor about the issue. Just let them know that you would like to be accepted as part of the team, but it seems like certain employee's are having an issue with you. Let them know that you leave your personal life at home while you are at work and that you are there to do work, not to argue and feel as if you don't belong.

And don't listen to internet scams, marketing on the internet isn't as easy as everyone tries to say. True, it is a great way to make money...but it certainly doesn't happen over night.

I would go to you supervisor, there is something called Equal Opportunity, and your co-worker is creating a hostile work enviroment for you and probably others. You can talk with your lead first and keep moving up the chain until it is resolved.
