I have seen a gyn that took a sample and said i had a lot of sugar in it,and that I should see my reg. dr. to take a diabetes test, which came out neg. the gyn doc gave me medicine that was supposed to make it go away but didnt help at all. I also had the pap test done and I don't have a std. after my gyn doc. told me I had a lot of sugar in the sample I changed my diet to a low sugar intake I drink water every day all day I have been eating salads 5 days a week, on the weekend i eat the juck food but not as much as before, I monitor how much starchy food I eat like beans, corn, chips, pizza, bread etc. i heard that olive oil, yogart, and a pill called probiotic helps, but nothing I do seems to work, I get normal a per. If you have a recurring yeast infection you have what is called Candida. It's a yeast overgrowth, this usually happens because of antibiotic. Anyone who has ever taken antibiotics has Candida, however in cases of severe overgrowth yeast infections occur. AntiB kills all bacteria, even the friendly ones causing fungi to grow in multitudes. Go to a herbal store, take a colon cleanse first, then a Candida cleanse (thats for the yeast infection) then take a parasite cleanse. After you take the Candida cleanse, you won't have any more problems with yeast infections again, because you will be killing off the yeast on the insides. You can do a search on candida and get more info.
Do a search on candida cleanse, parasite cleanse and colon cleanse and see how important they are. Other very important cleanses are Kidney and liver/gallbladder cleanses. Just do the searches.

You can get a product called Azo for yeast infections. It's a homeopathic treatment. You can take 1 a day for prevention & if you have an active infection you take 2 a day until it clears up & then go to the 1 a day. You can get it at Walgreens, CVS, etc. Not expensive, worth a try.
