Tears of happiness are always good. Like when you are with somebody you love so much and you can finally be with them and tearing up shows how happy you are. Or seeing the Yankees lose. Whatever floats your boat.

I believe so, like when I was adopted I cried and cried. I cried not because I was sad BUT because I had a family it just felt so good and overwhelming!!! Tears can be good....
