I don't know of anywhere, for certain, that offers this. If you stay onsite at Disney the parking is included, so it saves an additonal $10 per day. However, if you are offsite you have to pay.
As the other answer said, you could have someone drop you off or take a shuttle and then you wouldn't have to worry about the parking.
What a lot of people do, though it is not an honest way to go, but would prevent you from paying for parking. You can park your car at Downtown Disney (safest place to park, rather than a resort) Then you can get on one of the Disney resort buses. Now, you are only techincally supposed to stay onsite to use the bus transportation. However, they almost never check for ID to get on, I honestly have never seen them stop someone from getting on because they weren't an onsite guest. However, it is still a privelage for staying onsite and it would not be the most honest way to go, but if you really need to save money, it is an option.
Finally, I would check with AAA. I am pretty sure they have offered free or discounted parking in the past. However, I'm not sure if you have to book a package with them or not, that is something you may need to look into. If you aren't a member just make sure that the membership will actually save you money, you may be better off paying for the extras rather than getting the membership, if you won't be using it for anything else.
Other than that, I really don't know of any other ways to get free parking.

I have not seen any of the Disney tickets that include parking. You will have to pay the (current price for a car) $10.00 at the entrance of the park and they will issue you a car sticker.
If you want to save on the parking fee, you can have someone drop you off at the guest drop off spot or if your hotel offers a free shuttle you can take that.

You can buy tickets with parking included on the Disney website.

If you are staying at the Disney Hotel, parking is free. They don't currently have free parking with ticket options.

There is one ticket/pass that gives you unlimited parking included; the Annual passes.
