If you think it's wrong, it's wrong; if you think it's right, it's right...
...within reason of course! For example, people may think it's right to put ice cubes in their younger siblings' beds, but it is in fact wrong as I found out from the lecture my mum gave me when I was about ten or twelve years old...
If you're feeling guilty, it may mean that you're either paying too much attention to details that no one else notices, you're too kind to others, or you're worried that someone else will think it's wrong. Don't worry about what others think; you have to decide for yourself. That's how Russians do it (or how people stereotype Russians anyhow): we don't think, we just do it. Be Russian! Ha ha...just teasing. But really, don't worry so much about it...whatever "it" is. What is done, is done.

You only need to feel guilty if you have harmed someone. Most religious organisations try to make people feel guilty by telling them they have harmed god or their relationship with some deity or their chances of going to some sort of heaven. Take no notice of them it is a con trick to gain power or money

nope!
it probably makes you slightly f*cked up, like everyone else, as Larkin said.
Decide what your moral code is, thoughtfully and selflessly, then feel guilty if you're breaking it. If in doubt, I suggest starting with these two observations:
- we all depend on each other
- we all depend on the world around us
Construct your code from that and you'll do OK, your time on the earth will have been a Good Thing for everyone, and you will probably have had some sex as well.

No. Guilt usually results from messages you've received from other people. But if you feel you have acted against your OWN ethical/moral standards (and you're sure they are yours and not one's you have been handed by parents or society or your religion or your school or whatever), then of course guilt DOES make it wrong.

No. "It" is either wrong or its not, guilt is just your reaction to "it" which may accurate or off-base.
