Sexy is an inner attribute.
A physically attractive person whom lacks the confidence, the connection with other people and et cetera, doesn't have the "sexy" feeling that attracts people.
Be confident (not the same thing as arrogance, of course) and look others in the eye. Forget what the media says about the "ideal" body. You can be really sexy whatever your weight!
