Does anyone know what happens to tRNA after delivering the Amino Acid...

tRNA's primary function is to transfer Aminos Acids from the nucleus, which contains important information from the cell's nucleus. It then goes out the cytoplasm which has a strict restriction on what can enter the cell and leaves the cell. After delivering the amino acid the tRNA returns back to the nucleus to retrieve further genetic material. The transfer of genetic material stops when there is a "stop" codon presented that when the transferring would end.

tRNA is not a single-use molecule meaning once it transfers an amino acid, it destroyed. Let's say that when it delivers it's amino acid (eg. AA1) to the Start Codon, it then dissasociates from the complex and returns to the nucleus to gather another amino acid (eg AA2) that's required for the specific protein being assembled.

tRNA delivers the amino acid and goes back into the cytoplasm to pick up another amino acid. tRNA is used over and over again.
