I need to find the weight of a water ballon?

I only get a ruler, and string. Please tell me on a 8th grade level. Even though I been called a math geek.

Measure the diameter, divide it by 2

Using the formula V = 4/3 pi r^3, find the volume in cubic feet. Multiply the result by water weight 62.4 lbs per cubic foot.

Consider the balloon empy weight as insignificant.
