I like my Hp computer but there is a hole bunch of hardrive memory being lost. I evan deleted a whole bunch of stuff but it actually gave me less memory. can some one who knows how to fix it help me. 10 points if it works. And my computer is windows vista. just to tell u.

Run disk cleanup - In Vista go to
Start> All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Disk Cleanup and choose Files from All uses of this computer
Then run the program it operates much like the one in XP did.
This should recover a lot of disk space.

Hard drives have space, not memory. Deleting stuff would give you more free space. You should run Disc Cleanup to free more space.
