www.msn.com will let you set up spaces.msn.com and they have a community of shared "spaces" that you can page through ... pretty similar ...AND it's Microsoft, so you know it's purdy widespread!
www.blogger.com is a sort of diary ... your own free blog ... links through to other blogs ... roughly the same thing ... but msn is closer
