I seen a guy on TV once take 5 shots of vodka Intravenously. I want to know if that is really possible without causing permanent damage.

This article would seem to indicate it's happened and been reported.

In my opinion, it's not a good idea - IV use in general is dangerous.

NO.
Alcohol is a poison, not to be taken in intravenously. You will be permanently wasted, in every sense of the word.

It would probably play havoc with your osmotic balance and quite possibly cause some nasty damage. Although Vodka is one of the purest spirits, I really wouldn't advise doing it although you could probably get away without dying.

no it isn't possible without causing permanent damage. also women are more affected by alcohol then men are.

alcohol coagulates proteins. Its a pretty stupid thing to do.
