Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus, and sometimes companies may add Lactobacillus acidophilus or Bifidobacterium.

I know that many yogurts come with the "good" bacteria Acidopholis (not sure of spelling) that is supposed to help with upset stomachs. It is especially good if you are on anti-biotics because the medicine kills all of your good bacteria with the bad which causes nausea, diarrhea, etc.

Only in cultured yougurt though.

It's good for the intestines.
