First try to get some medication from your Doctor or the pharmacy. If that does not help then try doing some exercise, so that you can get your abdominal moving. Some people think that by just being in bed that will help, but its the opposite. What your body needs is to move around and keep everything moving.

Materials needed: Knife, cotton padding, needle and thread, Tylenol or alcohol

1. Get drunk, or take lots of Tylenol
2. Take knife and make incision over pubic bone, and drag knife across stomach
3. Remove uterus, ovaries.
4. Discard uterus, ovaries
5. Wipe up blood with cotton padding
6. Sew stitches with needle and thread.
7. Take some tylenol and go to bed

I would love to do that to myself some day............I think about doing that every month hahaha--Besides drastic measures, take Midol and stay in bed.

I stay active because it helps them go away and I lay on my stomach which puts pressure on my stomach where my cramps are. It helps me a lot. I try to not take a lot of tylenol because it damages your liver. Also try putting a heating pad on your stomach to help get rid of some of the pain. I hope my suggestions help you in some way.

Walk, drink lots of water and reduce salt the week before. I bought a treadmill, and it has really helped. I can e-mail some other suggestions to you if you want, but these are a good place to start.
