I don't have trouble going to sleep but I seem to wake up all through the night and I don't know why. I am really tired too.

I have taken Ambien before but it messed me up worse than being drunk and I only stayed asleep for four hours.

I have a lot of trouble staying asleep. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea, a condition where you stop breathing numerous times throughout the night. It can cause you to wake up. If someone tells you that you snore, that could be a sign of sleep apnea. If your sleep issues continue, go see your physician. They can administer a sleep test to determine if you have any sleep disorder.

That happens to me sometimes too. I work night shift and my hours are rarely the same. It's frustrating. I find that no matter how tired I am, I always wake up a few times.

Get yourself a Tempura-pedic mattress. The ones Nasa approved. That's what I'm getting. They cost a pretty penny, though!
