Do you think they should be killed off, or should they stay? I think we were the ones who came into THEIR territorty, so we shouldnt kill them. What's your opinions?

NO THEY SHOULDN'T be killed. They deserve to live just as much as anyone does. Why would anyone want to kill off such a beautiful creature. A wolf will more stay away from people unless their territory or pack has been threatened. We did invade their territory, and now they have no where to go. Just like other wildlife that wander into town or city limits. Bears, Deer, Moose, etc... You see them within city limits and people feel threatened, when they are only looking for a food source. They are not there to cause trouble. Their homes and food sources have been taken away, so they, to quote toucan sam "Follow their noses" to find food so they can survive. However people become afraid when they see a bear or a wolf and decide to take matters into their own hands and kill these innocent creatures. I think it's horrible and sickening. Animals who attack people are just doing what people do when an animal attacks them. They are defending themselves. However people think that the animal is rabid and deserves to be killed. How wrong you are.

Only someone insane kills off living things in the reality space-time eco-system. They may need to be "managed" is difficult to live with, but wanton murder is something only haters of reality would even think of doing.

We need obviously more land set aside for natural eco-systems as National Parks, habitat for the wild things and general lebensraum for plants, insects and living things. Not less.
And wolves are the major predator in some eco-systems. They fundamentally eat rodents , hares, rats, some greens,; they kill very few major herd animals. The suggestion that their presence interferes with the birth rate of herd animals importantly is idiotic. They kill some of the very young, the sick, the old, the luckless. Like all predators, wolves depend on their prey to make a mistake--and drive them along so those that fall behind will be vulnerable, the weakest not the strongest. It's hunters who murder the strongest, a dysgenic practice if there ever was one.
Wolves belong; subdivisions in the canyons , suburban population growth, sprawl, pollution, misgovernment and bureaucratic tyranny have no place in the wild.

Wolves matter; postmodernists need to die.

Hail from Alaska. Up here we have the atrocities of wolf hunts. Wolves are beautiful, majestic creatures. They represent wisdom, knowledge, cunning and (most importantly) FAMILY. A wolf pack is fiercely loyal to one another and will defend each other till death. There's a lot we can learn from these "animals"

As for the comment made by simple life about controlling them? Are you high? Wolves do their damnedest to stay away from humans and their pets. It's when we encroach on their territory and they feel THREATENED that they attack. Usually its just a quick attack to let the offender know they mean business. They usually won't launch a full out assault unless their initial "warning shot" was ignored....what does that say about the human? Its people like you that will cause this beautiful species to be gone forever and live on as legend in the minds of our children. Think about that before you spout off your ignorance again.

wolves are very majestic and moral creaters
do you that wolves mate for life and if their life mate dies they go through a morning period
they also have a very complex social structure and are very dependent on others in their pack the whole pack will not run smoothly if the members don't cooperate.
they also have laws and rules that each pack member must follow
they work together as a team and a family unti taking care of the young and the sick
they have complex laugage and vocalizations for comunication
and most importantly more wolves have died from human hands then humans have died from a wolf bite
wolves were hunted and killed because humans believed they were messangers of satan and for their fur
i feel if anyone needs to go its us humans but thats my opinion

Wolves are beautiful, intelligent animals that play a vital part in the environment. Killing them off only screws up nature as they keep other animals in line.

Wolves are beautiful. They're social, family oriented animals and killing them is very wrong. I knew a family who had a 'pet' wolf, many years ago. He emitted a highly spiritual presence when he'd enter the house.

OH HELL YES THEY SHOULD STAY!! Wolves are some of the most amazing animals on the face of the earth, and you're right, we DID come into their territory first. Killers suck! Soon, wolves are going to be like tigers.....close to extinction. We really dont want that. :(

They are very intelligent and Dangerous. We may have come into their territory but that is just the way it is. We do need to take care of the environment because we are to be the caretakers of it BUT what happens when one of these wolves attacks a person or someones pet. What do we do then? I am not saying they should be eliminated completely but they will need to be controlled.

I don't think they should be killed off either. They are beautiful animals. Your right about us being the ones to invade their territory. I hate to see any type of abuse to animals, no matter what type of animal it is.
