no agency will reissue the ticket for that kind of mistake
the only change that has to be done is:
travel agent will inform the system ( on their computer ) about the mistake = misprint ( free of charge ) and there is no problem in using that ticket
it happens all the time, no worry

When my dad took my daughter, who was 3 at the time, to Lanzarote her ticket said Mrs and she was still ok.
It might be worth ringing up the airline you are flying with and explain you are worried and what the travel agent said.
Travel Agents can issue tickets on Departure to pick up at the airport before you fly so if they are unhappy about the title being wrong there is still time to issue new tickets.

Because you are known to everyone as Fred if your real name is Charles for example then you would be refused passage.

It is a common mistake made by people booking for a third party

It is important that your First name/initial is shown and matches your passport.

You will be charged for a change of name that is your mistake.

If your ID matches the names, you'll be fine. No one cares about the titles.

so long as what appears on your ticket (name wise) is exactly that as it appears on your passport. If in doubt ring the passport office.
