What does my natal chart mean?

I figured out the first part...it's the other parts that I'm confused with.

My Jupiter is in Taurus
Saturn in Capricorn
Uranus in Capricorn
Neptune in Capricorn
Pluto in Scorpio
Lilith in Virgo
Virgo Rising

Jupiter and Saturn can still be important on their own, but with no exception from Uranus onwards, the planets have no significant meaning unless they are in a major aspect with a personal planet.

The Virgo rising is how people see you.

Also, any of the planets named there would have more meaning in the houses than they have in the signs.

Jupiter in Taurus must mean you don't really care for travel but the luxury of home life, and your philosophies and religious beliefs are very grounded. Saturn in Capricorn means you can be miserly when it comes to money if plans become a threat to your financial well being. Neptune and Pluto are generational. Not personal. Lilith in Virgo? Lilith is the astroid that stands for your sorrows and regrets.

Virgo rising means you're maticulous and can be a bit harsh at times when it comes to dealing with others.

By "first part" are you referring to the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus & Mars?

You seem to be roughly 18/19 years old?

Just knowing planet & sign for the "outer" planets doesn't help all that much. What house and more importamnt, what aspects they make to each other and to your inner planets matter a lot.

And BTW, full free readings do not sit well with me. Do you want a specific questions answered? I wouldn't mind that. But full birth data is needed...
