GIULIANI: This war ends when they stop planning to come here and kill us, but until then, if I have anything to say about it, the lesson that I learned coming out of September 11, 2001, is: never, ever again will this country be on defense waiting for them to attack us. (applause) The United States of America will be on offense (applause) and make no mistake about it, the Democrats want to put us back on defense.

Rudy Guiliani is awesome!...people who hate him are just masking their own racist attitudes towards Italians...it makes me sick! Same as they did w/ Scalia and Alito!

First, not many people take Howard Dean seriously from any political party. Secondly, he caught the gist of what Rudy was trying to impress upon potential voters. Fear. Fear of another 9/11. Give me a break, Rudy was probably wearing a dress when he wrote this little speech.
9/11 and the war in Iraq have nothing to do with each other. Rudy is lying when his says that is why we haven't had another attack by terrorists (fighting over there instead of here). The Iraqis did not attack us or fly planes into the WTC.

He's not.....Rudy is using fear to try to get elected...I'm glad Dean and the other Dems called him on it.....the good news is the majority of Americans aren't buying that crap anymore. Dems are supposedly so weak on defense, but the biggest attack in American history happened on Bush's watch. This is why I cannot support the Repub. position. They want a never-ending war, while our borders and harbors are still wide open.
