People should do that more often! There's nothing worse than irate customers. Whoever said the customer is always right is a dumba$$!

No, but I have been the Manager to have to deal with that irate customer after some punk completely p*ssed them off. I fired the punk by the way.

No, because I am the supervisor, and when I say I am the Supervisor, they get even more mad and I love it!!!!

I thought you knew that the customer is always right, didn't they teach you that in training? Maybe you should try debt collections, u can yell all you want there.
