28.50 US which is not enough for the area I live in. For me it's not about money but more about lifestyle choices which is why I'll soon be moving to a place I enjoy living in.

I'm on disability and it works out to about $11.00 an hour if I consider this as a 40 hour work week. And some thing many people don't know is that Social Security Disability is taxable. Do I need more? Sure do, 2 kids in college, medical bills , rent food and so on. My wife tries to help but she has MS. Kids try to pay their own way but it's hard. Thank goodness for life insurance, I may have to take that option if I can find something, even part time. Those of you making good money, get good insurance and plan better than I did. Don't get sick or injured in the US.

I make the equivalent of 49 dollars an hour. (I had to take my monthly salary, multiply by 12, and divide by 2080). This does not include benefits.

No, I'm not satisfied.

I still want to grow within this company, make VP, and make a name for myself in my industry. I'm a bit of a late bloomer, not getting my MBA until I was 45 (I didn't get married for the first time until 1 month after finishing my MBA either). I want to be able to provide stability for my family, ensure that my wife doesn't have to work unless she wants to, and eventually be a good Dad.
