The "Spiderman" films are far and away the best.
"Hulk" was not what people were expecting in that Ang Lee chose to alter the origin story and basically create a Greek tragedy in that the sins of the father repeat onto the son. I am one of the few who enjoyed it, but the movie lacked the spirit of both the comic and the tv show. The newly-announced sequel, "The Incredible Hulk" promises to be far more faithful to both sources. Ari Arad has said it will have many elements from the Bixby/Ferrigno incarnation.
"Fantastic Four" was horrible. Watered down crap for children...what do you expect from the director of "Toy Story"!
Superman is not a Marvel character.

As so many have noted, Superman is not a Marvel character. So, of the "Marvel" movies you listed, my personal ranking is as follows:
1. Spiderman 1 & 2 (tie - 1 because of the great character development and origin story and 2 because Doc Ock was a better villain than Green Goblin IMO.)
3. Fantastic Four (which I haven't even seen)
4. The Hulk (gets last place because I can't imagine Fantastic Four was worse).
However, you neglected to include The X-Men movies, and I would rate those three movies in third place. Although I like the X-Men more than I like Spiderman, I think the Spiderman movies were just better films.

I'd have to say Thor because well he was made to be Stronger than the Hulk, and he is a God. And soon he will be a movie character. For the best Marvel Comics Female, that one is pretty tough, Since their haven't been many Marvel movies with a Female superhero, but if I was limited to that, Jean Grey (The Phoenix) from The X-Men Movies.

Fantastic Four was HORRIBLE!! Incredible Hulk was flawed. Both Spider Man's (and I'm sure the 3rd) are awesome. The first two Superman movies were great. 3 and 4 were just poor attempts at getting more money. Superman Returns was OK.

Spiderman hands down.
But I wonder if people would choose Spiderman mainly because the new movie is coming out in just a few days and the anticipation is torturous. Personally, I think Spiderman is the best.
