You know I never understood people who leave Yahoo Answers, but now I guess it's becoming clearer why it happens.

Don't let 'em get under your skin, Lt. Think of a toddler throwing a temper tantrum. If you react to it, they're gonna keep doing it. If you just let 'em go, they'll get tired of it and find something else to do or someone else to pick on.

God, not you too?? I don't know if I can take any more of the funniest and brightest leaving our ranks and letting these 'sour persimmon suckers' win. I know it is disheartening, but it is just words. The person can't really hurt you physically. I have come to realize that you can not be all things to all people and that not everyone is going to be happy with your decisions. But if you are satisfied that the most qualified answer was the choice and it stands, how can you fail? What did that person hope to accomplish, you can't take it back. It was a moot point the second you pressed that 'chosen' button. He is just gonna have ta suck it up like the rest of us!

People just like to rant in general. As for best answers, we all know you can only pick one, and the one you pick is YOUR choice. The others will have to build a bridge and get over it.
You didn't do anything to merit it.

That is the sad state of life and strangers....we do nothing to merit their abuse except be in the wrong place at the right time. You can grow tough skin or cling to your friends. This question shows your ranks of friends and admirers to be well numbered. Count me in and please.....don't ever consider leaving....we need to have friendly funny people around here or the sad abusers will win.

That is very weird! This is for fun...a place to get away. We/you can only pick one best answer....everyone knows this. The answer you pick is YOUR choice. I am curious to know what this person was mad about. There are a lot of rude people here. I am learning to just ignore them. There are also a lot of wonderful people here and that is why I keep comming back.

Most people who leave are booted out for being flat out disgusting mutant creatures.
Ten percent could be demented and/or just downright angry negative people. I think we have all had our share of those types. Take nothing personally.

Maybe they are having a bad day and you were an easy target? I don't know. Did they answer it and thought they were the best? Things are really weird today, I've noticed.

Some people come on here because this is the only place they get to interact with other people.
Those people are sad....just chalk it up to craziness...and move on.

He or she was getting back at you for voting for Sanjaya Malakar on American Idol. You have to admit, some of your choices on answers have been suspect. You gave best answer and 10 points to someone who answered " Huh?"

I don't let it bother me...most people with a clue know that you can only pick one...too bad we can only pick one, because sometimes they are all good!
sounds like someone needs a life...just ignore 'em, that's all you can do....
