The PORK is in the bill that you so easily forgot to read...now you see...giving you alot of credit in the reading department...It's a great exercise and you should try it sometime...why not start now by reading the bill that you so arrogantly asked a question about!!!!

Errrrrr...read the bills that are being passed and presented. Look at all the riders being attached, to which: non have anything to do with the purpose or reason of the bill.

If you read them, you'll be surprised if not upset.
