It's Melanie Deanne Moore, currently on ABC in Notes From the Underbelly.

I think it's Melanie Paxson. She was on an NBC show for a short time "Happy Family." She does have a high voice, but she's a funny lady! She's on a new show on ABC "Notes from the Underbelly."
