If it is affecting your cortisol and you have adrenal insufficiency as a result, you may have weight loss, fatigue, severe fatigue after major stress (physical or mental), dizzyness, low blood pressure, salt cravings, etc. If you have these symptoms you need to be on medication ASAP because it could be life-threatening.
