I am self-employed now, so this doesn't apply to me. But when I used to be an employee, I was asked this once by my boss, and it really took me by surprise. :)

I deserve a company gas card.
I come in on my days off and gas is going up.
I do not think that is too much to ask.

BECAUSE
i have a good outlook
i'm hardly ever late
always willing to stay past 5 if needed
do everything asked of me with a cheerful attitude
don't get sassy w/customers, though Lord knows I am tempted to sometimes!

we get a measly 3% a year, regardless of our performance reviews, but I think I deserve at LEAST 7%

50 cents to a dollar. you are an asset to the company and your loyality proves you should get atleast 50 cents...I think that's how it goes.

I'd say the maxium whatever that is. I am a teacher, and I get paid less than 25k. (Just in case you wonder, I am home sick today--got it from my students!)
