You know you need to go shopping for new clothes when you do the laundry and you still have not much socks/pants/bras to wear for work! When you begin to throw out more socks for example then what you put back in the drawer then you need to plan shopping time for the next evening or week-end!

Nothing fits or the fabric is worn and you can see right through it. You also need to go shopping just for pure therapeutic purposes. Haven't you ever seen the episode of The Flintstones when Fred and Barney were being their obnoxious selves and Wilma and Betty decided they needed to have some "girl time" so they headed to the shopping center yelling "CHARGE IT!!!!!"

-The fabric in the crotch area of your pants starts thinning
-You're getting tiny little holes in your t-shirts
-Your black clothing now looks like a faded gray from the amount of washes it's gone through
-The collar of your t-shirts starts getting that ragged-edge look
-Your pants that used to fit awhile ago are now feeling tight, and you need to unbutton the top button whenever you eat
-Shirts that should normally fit loose now look like Spandex on you
-Your boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife kicks you out for good, but won't let you grab your clothes inside

When your pants give you muffin top and your bras and shirts give you back bacon. You MUST accept the fact that you are no longer a size 2 and get to the store! It is okay to hold onto your tiniest pair of pants and dream!
