I know what you mean. I hate it when they show one of those clips, and then pan to the audience to see someone with wide eyes and a gaping mouth laughing in utter shock. What, you didn't see that coming?

The scenario is the same ever time. Toddler accidentally hits father in the groin. Father uses both hands to cup himself in pain, all while trying to keep a smile on for the camera. But we know he's really crying on the inside. The toddler realizes he got a laugh, although he's not exactly sure why. But the toddler's excitement usually never top's that of the mother who is filming the ordeal. She usually declares, "I'm sending this to Funniest Videos!" Way to add to the pain and humiliation.

I don't know, but I am totally guilty. My own son has stepped on my husband's special area a time or two, and even though the man that I love is doubled over in what I can only imagine is excruciating pain, I laugh. Every time. Without exception.

It's every man's weakness and it's great to see our tormentors hurt a little bit. You get over the pain a lot faster then we get over the heartbreak.

Not to say all men deserve it, I'm saying a lot do...

I guess it happens so rarely to one person it is newsworthy. Granted the recipient of such a hit is not laughing. Taking inventory is more like it!

i really dont know, i dont think its that funny cause they show it over and over again. i like watching the planets funniest animals, im used to people being idiots, so i like a change in pace

I wonder that same thing. I can't understand why they even air those, it's not the least bit funny. It makes me grab my crotch and I don't even have any. Not literally, anyway
