What's the best way, and what's the cost? The back trunk rattles when the bass set is turned up.

Place Dynamat all over inside of the trunk panels. It costs about $130 for the whole kit. You can also usually adjust the trunk latch a bit (by loosening a couple of bolts and moving it down a tad) to make it seal tighter so it doesn't rattle quite as much. Hope this helps.

Point a shotgun at your stereo unit and pull the trigger!

If your trunk is rattling, it's too damned loud. Don't be such an inconsiderate git.

Silicone glue the spaces between the braces and the outer panels.Adjust the latches and udercoat or dynamat the inner panels
