download unlocker, it will tell you what is using it, also give you options for deleting, moving etc.

As soon as you get the movie file showing in explorer windows starts loading a preview; that's why it shows as in use. You might be able to get to it in a command prompt, or else get a copy of unlocker which will break the in use link

Just restart you computer then try. If that doesn't work go in safe-mode and delete it. I had the same problem about a week ago and that seemed to work.

Scan with Anti Virus but if your using limewire it will be that just turn it off.

I agree with your first answer. disable your lime-wire, some one is actually downloading your movie.
