Multiply 0.0196 by Avagadro's Number (6.022 x 10 E 23).

um, the other answer is right as long as this isnt a trick question. How do you know there are any ions at all? If it is a lump of sodium metal there might be no ions, right? But if it is Sodium in solution, like, as dissolved NaCl, then pretty much all of the Sodium atoms would be ionized.

So, Avogadro's number tells how many particles there are in a mole. 6 x 10 ^23. Check the periodic table for the atomic mass of Sodium, then just multiply that mass times the .0196 number.
