There is no clause stating that no cult members can run for President.

If this is the case, that puts the government in the position of defining a cult, and they are prohibited from doing that by the First Amendment.

No, after all political party membership is cult membership. You could say all of our elected officials are cult members.

If you are a natural born citizen over 35 you can run regardless of any affiliation. You may however depending on what you are associated with find it very difficult to get funding or votes.
