I sent this young lady a text message to tell her I was thinking about her, and she told me she had been thinking about me; however, she had sent me a text message over the last two days, and I had not responded. She then asked me was I ok? I sent her a message telling her that I had been hanging out with my cousin, and she texted me back and said "Fair Enough". I am not sure, but I think that may means she's a little annoyed with me. What do you think?

Depends on how often she uses that phrase anyway. I know people who say "Fair enough" quite often and it wouldn't mean anything.

I wouldn' t be fretting about if she was mad though, I'd be calling her for no reason and saying you just wanted to say hi and see how she was, ask about school or work, whatever.

Even if she was mad, showing you didn't forget her and weren't ignoring her by action is a good idea.

There might not be anything at all here. Pull back a little, give some space, but don't lose contact completely. She may have said "Fair enough" just to indicate it was okay for you to spend time with your cousin. However, if you like someone, you will respond to their text messages. It's the polite thing to do.

She probably meant that she understood that you were busy. I'd send her a message back and tell her that you want to chat more often with her, and see what her response is. If she agrees, then you can rest assured that she likes you, and if not, then you'll know that as well.

No she was probably just worried about you if you two text eachother alot and you didn't respond! Talk to her and if she is not herself then you will know that she is upset with you or ask her what is going on! Be honest (women love that!!)

No i think of she meant to assert that this is probable a solid reason as to why you have been distracted and he or she hadn't heard from you. I say honest adequate continuously, this is like asserting "ok, solid answer"...

Don't go so deep. It is a matter of circumstances.
