Wouldn't call them "emo" per say. But, I do think that they've taken every stereotype of "metal" and exploited it. I can't take them seriously because of it. I mean, look at Dani Filth. He reminds me of some dopey teenager you see somewhere trying to be "goth". And yes, the teenagers you see out are probably mimicking him, but I think he just takes it too far. Most of their "fans" I think just took to them so they could wear the infamous "Jesus is a ****" t-shirt to try to shock people.
I haven't really given Lamb of God much thought. I don't go out of my way to hear them. What I have heard thought, I wouldn't consider emo.

i havent heard of lamb of god but i wouldnt say cradle of filth are emo they are more heavy metal (and slightly odd too!!)
