she was married at 15 in mexico and crossed the border illegally She has a social security card but it is not her number. she has been working in texas for 9 years. she wants to get a divorce, and be able to work legally and be able to cross the border legally to see her family and return to texas so she can remarry.

Go to a lawyer. In most states there are laws and courts that allow for something like a divorce and usually there is no questions asked about the legal or non-legal status of a marriage. The first place to start, however, is at a lawyer's office ... and in Texas there are plenty that will have someone there who will both speak Spanish and will be able to help out.

I agree w/ the others; Get a lawyer . You have about three or four separate questions there that may or may not be relative to each other with the first one being ;Was she ever legally married ?
