If it's similar to a zx600 - Remove the fuel tank and air box.

The spark plugs are located in the cylinder head, to gain access to them first remove the petrol tank and then air box.Now you should have a clear view of the 4 HT leads remove the first one to gain access to the plug. Use a spark plug socket to remove it and install the new one,repeat for the other three then refit all parts removed.

Some of those can be difficult to get the spark plug socket into. I use a long extension and a short extension with a universal-joint connector between them to get down to the plugs.

Tank off. Airbox off. You may need to purchase a thinner socket to enable it to fit down the aperture in the cylinder head. I had to do this when I had a ZXR400. I wish that I had kept the bike. It was such a laugh to ride.
