Though not originally from Alabama, I do live here. The state takes a lot of criticisms from many who lack the ability to visit the state or obtain information from reliable sources.
Alabama is an outdoor playground, where you can enjoy every adventure imaginable, from hiking, camping, cycling, canoeing and kayaking to horseback riding, fishing, hunting, scaling boulders and rappelling down canyons.
With two-thirds of Alabama covered in forest and rivers, it doesn't take long to find trails to hike and streams to fish.
There are still issues within the state that are not limited to just Alabama, but anywhere in the world!
My suggestion is that instead of making the dry humor about Mr Obama or the State of Alabama...you do something more constructive in your life to make this a better world!

Alabama is a state? When did that happen....oh yeah, the mobile home manufacturers lobby wanted them in.
Just kidding, I used to spend a lot fo time in AL, and I love Mobile.

I don't like Obama because of his politics and his socialist agenda. It has nothing to do with his name, religion, race or anything else.

if someone told me they're not voting for Obama cause of his name OR heritage, i'd make for damn sure they felt like an idiot. i mean, i'm not voting for him.... but, not because i don't like his name.
