or
2 Tattoos?
All there would cost around the same thing about $150-200.

The rat doesn cost that much by itself, thats with cage, bedding, toys, food, water bottle etc.

The games. The do not hurt, they do not smell, they do not die or require care, and they do not come back to haunt you as a tattoo would.

A pet rat costs $150? That's way overpriced and what do you want a pet rat for anyway?
If you don't have your mind set on the tatoos (and since you're asking this question, I assume that you don't), I'd pass on that one too. Remember that you're going to have them forever. You don't want to do it on a whim or because it got the most votes in Yahoo Answers.
Go with the PS2.

I am a tattoo fiend, so personally, I would go for the 2 tattoos! To me it's worth the money cause they will last forever. A rat will die & so with the PS2 eventually.
