my wireless key pad not working?

new battery installed in key pad
still not working and no lights light on keypad

You may need to reprogram the key pad. On the back of the opener there should be a button to program, press that button and a small light should start blinking. go to the key pad and type in the code you wish to use and press enter.

take a bonghit and call Dell and ask to speak with Mujibar Siranjushu

then get one that has wires
