Can someone please tell me why i'm so tired? does the fact thats its 1:05 in the morning have anything to do with it?

Well usually when it is 1:05 in the morning you'd be pretty tired. You need rest so you don't get sick. If you feel like you just can't get to sleep, you might have a diagnoses that makes it extremely difficult for you to fall asleep. I recommend seeing a doctor if you do!!!

That may be the reason. Especially if you worked hard or played hard during the day and into the night before you submitted your question. If you get tired for no reason, then maybe you should see a doctor, take vitamins or get more rest. Good luck and God bless.

youre bored. Believe me, if you were tantalized by stimulating experience you would not be tired. When I try to tutor a 9 yr old he gets bored and tired. But if I whip out a monopoly board his eyes light up and he is full of energy.

depending on how many hours you sleep all together. your age as well. we should all get a least 8 hours of sleep. if your not getting the time you need to sleep then you should be eating healthy. if you snack most of the time snack on healthy foods that gives your system a boost.
